Shipping Policy

At Native American Merchandise, we do our very best to provide you with an accurate assessment of items by presenting clear digital photographs and detailed descriptions.

We ship all packages insured, normally through Canada Post, or through other reputable shipping companies. In event that items are damaged during shipment, please take note of this right away, take digital photographs of the damage, if possible, and keep the original packaging, including any tracking information, and contact us within two (2) business days.

In the event that your item must be returned, please contact us via our online contact from. You will receive a tracking number, along with instructions on the best method for return shipping. We will repair, replace or refund at our discretion once we determine the condition of the item. Returns will not be accepted without a tracking number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Should your order be too large for shipping with Canada Post, we will arrange for the safe deliver of your package with the best alternative shipper.

We will provide a separate quote for shipping on each package and process the shipping charges separately. Wherever possible, orders will be consolidated to save on shipping costs.

Credit Card Fraud Disclaimer

To process the transaction we require a valid telephone number to allow our staff to verify the order.
To help prevent Internet credit card fraud, we track IP (Internet Protocol) addresses through our web host.
Information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
If “Ship To Address” is different than “Billing Address” we will hold processing of the order for approximately 48 hours while the address is confirmed.
